משרד עו״ד גל סילברמן מחויב להבטיח את נגישות אתר האינטרנט והמשרד הפיזי לאנשים עם מוגבלות. אנו רואים בכל אדם לקוח שווה זכויות הזכאי ליהנות מנגישות מלאה לשירותים, למידע ולייעוץ המשפטי, בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ״ח-1998, תקנות הנגישות לשירות (תשע״ג-2013) והתקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 ברמה AA.
הנגשת האתר – כללי
שלום רב, הנגשת האתר נועדה להפוך אותו לזמין, ידידותי ונוח יותר לשימוש עבור אנשים עם צרכים מיוחדים, הנובעים בין היתר ממוגבלויות מוטוריות שונות, לקויות קוגניטיביות, קוצר רואי, עיוורון או עיוורון צבעים, לקויות שמיעה וכן אנשים בני הגיל השלישי.
נעשו מאמצים רבים כדי שהאתר יעמוד בדרישות חוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות והמלצות התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 ברמה AA (התאמות נגישות לשירות) התשע"ג 2013. כמו כן, יושמו המלצות מסמך WCAG 2.0 הבינלאומי של ארגון W3C.
